Please see the following for chromebook pick-up schedules on Tuesday, March 17th. Each school has its own schedule with varying pick-up times and procedures. If you don’t have internet, Emery Telcom will provide free internet. To set this up, contact Emery Telcom at 435-259-8521.
Chromebook Pick-Up Schedule:
HMK
Tuesday, March 17th
9:00 am- 10:00 am: 1st and 4th grades
10:00 am- 11:00 am: 2nd and 6th grades
11:00 am- 12:00 pm: 3rd and 5th grades
12:00 pm: Kindergarten (chromebooks will only be given to Kinder students who have no other computer access at home. Please let your Kinder child’s teacher know if your child needs a chromebook at home)
Please go to your student(s) primary classroom to pick up chromebooks and sign a check-out form.
GCMS
Tuesday, March 17th
8:00 am-9:00 am 7th and 8th graders with last names beginning with the letters A-G
9:00 am-10:00am 7th and 8th graders with last names beginning with the letters H-M
10:00 am-11:00am 7th and 8th graders with last names beginning with the letters N-S
11:00 am-12:00pm 7th and 8th graders with last names beginning with the letters T-Z
12:00 pm-1:00 pm Any 7th or 8th grader can come.
Upon arrival: Students and parents will go over the Chromebook contract; once the contract is reviewed, students will be issued a Chromebook, if necessary. If a student is going to check out a Chromebook, their parent must present to sign the Chromebook Contract. Students will then be required to go around to each teacher’s classroom to ensure they have the materials they need and that they can access each teacher’s online classroom.
Students are encouraged to get everything they will need to complete their school work out of their lockers. Students must leave campus once they have met with their teachers and received all of the necessary information and materials. If you have questions or concerns, please call 435-259-7158.

9:30 am- 11:00 am: Last names beginning with letters H-O
11:00 am- 12:30 pm: Last names beginning with letters P-Z
If you are checking out a Chromebook, please come to the commons of the main building during your checkout time. You will need to sign an agreement in order to check out a chromebook. If you are getting clay or other art supplies, go to the Tech Center Ceramics room. If you are in Band/Strings, go to the band room to retrieve your instruments. Head phones for ESL students will be in the commons along with the Chromebooks.
