Principal's Message

Dear HMK Preschool Families, Caregivers, and Little Learners,

Happy start of the school year! It has been wonderful welcoming our students into the new classrooms in our new Grand Preschool since school kicked off on Tuesday, September 8th. Seeing bright smiles, enthusiastic laughter, and curious minds back in our halls has made the start of our 2026–2027 school year so special.

Please take note of an important schedule update taking effect Monday, September 14th.

Updated Daily Preschool Schedule (Starting Sept 14):

AM Session: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
PM Session: 12:40 PM – 3:10 PM
Thank you for your partnership and flexibility as we settle into this updated routine. Preschool is a magical season of hands-on discovery, growing independence, and building first friendships, and we are so honored to walk this journey with your family. We know that sending your little one off to school is a huge step for your family, and we are deeply honored to walk this path beside you.

What to Expect in Preschool This Year:

Learning Through Play: Hands-on activities, sensory fun, storytelling, and creative art projects that spark imagination.
Social & Emotional Growth: Gentle guidance in sharing, communicating feelings, and building empathy for peers.
Confidence & Routines: Nurturing environment designed to help children build independence, practice circle-time routines, and foster a lifelong love for learning.

Remember, with LunchTime - you will need to create a new account, but you only need to fill out ONE application per family. And for our families who are more comfortable with Spanish - the application is available in Spanish as well!
