Director's Message

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at Grand Preschool. We are ready to experience a new year as a fully staffed preschool. We are excited to see our new and returning students attend and learn from our experienced and lively staff.

As the Director of Grand Preschool and Director of Student Services in Grand County School District, I know that your child will be well taken care of while they attend Grand Preschool, where they will learn to navigate their first years of schooling.

GCSD encourages family involvement and hopes to build educational partnerships with you. Working together, we can help each child achieve an excellent education in a safe and positive environment.

Important Information:

Morning preschool sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 11:00 a.m.

Afternoon preschool sessions begin at 12:30 p.m. and end at 3:00. p.m.

There is no preschool in session on Fridays.

June Menu - Summer Lunch Program

See the menu for meals for our Summer Lunch Program for the month of June. Keep in mind that meals for Saturday and Sunday will be provided on Friday during lunch for pick up. *NOTE* This is available for any child under the age of 18 years old in Grand County - the child does not need to be a GCSD student and there is no need income restriction.

Powerschool Registration for 25-26 Opens July 1st

Last year's rollout of Powerschool registration had many issues that we want to address and fix before opening enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. We are working to get this done as soon as possible and have plans for registration to open July 1. Thank you to everyone for sharing your feedback so we can ensure this is a smoother process going forward.
